Pre-order shipping
Pre-orders ship when the item arrives in stock and payment has been collected. If you have other items available in the same order, we will contact you to decide whether to ship those immediately or wait and send everything in one shipment.

When will my order ship?
After payment confirmation. It's immediate with card and PayPal; with bank transfer or Postepay, it's processed once we receive the payment.
Can I pick it up in person?
No, we only work with shipping: we track each item during packaging, which allows us to guarantee it.
How do I track my shipment?
You will receive the tracking code via email as soon as the courier picks up the package.
The package arrived damaged, what should I do?
Accept with a written reservation on the courier's waybill and write to us immediately with photos: we will open the claim.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. The cost depends on the area and weight and you will see it at checkout before paying.
