How to pay on Toys Hunter, what happens after ordering, and how pre-orders work.

Accepted methods

All methods apply to both in-stock products and pre-orders. All amounts are in Euros and include VAT.

How do you pay for a pre-order

You don't pay the full pre-order amount at confirmation: you reserve the item with a deposit and pay the balance when it's ready to ship.

1Down payment today Upon confirmation, you only pay the deposit amount required by the campaign. The price remains locked in.
2Balance as available When the part arrives, we'll charge the remaining balance to the same card.
3Shipping We'll leave immediately after payment, with the usual armored packaging.

The bank transfer should be made out as follows. Without the order number in the payment description, the payment will not be linked and processing will be halted.

Invoicing

Upon request, we issue an invoice: please enter your VAT number and recipient code during the order process. Displayed prices include VAT.

Payment inquiries

When is the amount charged?

With card and PayPal upon order confirmation. With bank transfer and Postepay when we receive payment. For pre-orders, you pay the deposit immediately and the balance upon availability.

Can I pay for a pre-order in a single payment?

Yes, write to us before ordering, and we'll tell you how to proceed.

Payment failed, what should I do?

Try another method: if the amount is blocked in your account, it will always be released. If it remains blocked, write to us with the order number.

Is it safe to pay on the website?

Card data travels encrypted and does not pass through our systems: it is handled directly by the payment circuit.
